Holiday apartments in Braies in the Dolomites

Good to know

Check-in / check-out:

Arrival: On the day of arrival your apartment is ready from 3 pm. Please let us know in case you arrive after 6 pm o’clock!
Departure: On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 09:30 am. You can pay your bill the evening before.

Payment methods:

You can pay your stay on site in cash (please note the cash limit regulations in force in Italy).
According to the law in force, higher amounts can only be paid by bank transfer, credit card or cash card.
We accept the following payment methods: EC-Card, Pago-Bancomat.

Children who sleep on the extra beds:

• in a cot: 10.00 € per stay
• from 2-7 years: 10.00 € per day
• from 8-13 years: 15.00 € per day
• from 14 years: 20.00 € per day

Linen change:

• free of charge after one week, early change of bed linen 10.00 €;
• per towel: 1.50 €
• desired intermediate cleaning: 40.00 €.

Washing machine and dryer:

On the ground floor a laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available to all guests. There you will also find an ironing board with iron.
Price: 3.00 € per wash, washing tablets are available

Kids:

Children are very welcome in our house. You will find a big Lego box, many games and painting things at your disposal. Board games for all ages and a small library will help make sure you never get bored.
Our garden house also offers some surprises for the little ones. Please do not leave your children unattended, we do not take any responsibility.
You don’t have to pack much for your holiday, we will gladly lend you sledges, sliding plates or small snow shovels, as well as cribs and table seats.

Final cleaning:

For the final cleaning we charge 40.00 €.
This fee is not included in the room price and will be charged separately.

Dogs:

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. Out of respect for our other guests, we can only allow a certain number of dogs at the same time. The price per day is 20.00 € (without food). We ask you to keep your dog on a leash in the outside area.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations – unpleasant for everybody. It's a pity when rooms remain free while others are looking for an accommodation. Yet, something can come up at any time. Therefore we ask you to inform us in time – we try to be understanding.

To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We will gladly take out this for you, i.e. we will take care of the formalities for you. All information about the insurance product Hotel Cancellation Plus (information sheet, description of services incl. conditions, behaviour in the event of a claim), rights of withdrawal, complaint options and data use of European Travel Insurance can be found here. By paying the insurance premium you confirm that you have read and accepted this information.
